Role Purpose

Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience


• Programming Languages: Deep knowledge of PHP and Python programming languages.

• Database Management: Proficient in data manipulation, including structured data tools (SQL) and unstructured data tools and platforms (Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL).

• Artificial Intelligence: Advanced skills in artificial intelligence, particularly in machine learning and generative AI. Knowledge of machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, H20) and fundamental techniques (clustering, regression, time-series analysis).

• Frameworks and Libraries: Familiarity with major frameworks and libraries for PHP, Python, and AI.

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in software development roles, preferably in AI-related contexts.

Must Have Technical/Professional Qualifications


• Deep knowledge of IP-networking (CISCO certifications or equivalents are preferred)

• Knowledge of IT process development (ITIL certification is preferred)

• NP procedures according to regulatory constraints (optional)


• Engineering degree or equivalent

• 3 years on Tech companies/software house

Key Performance Indicators


• Compliance with PA activation plans

• Compliance with SLA on customer activation and GNP for PA

• Technical NPS and delivery quality indicators for PA
