Job Description:

• Team Management: Manage a team of 10 people, organizing and planning various fiscal activities.
• Implementation of New Services: Implement new services in response to legislative changes to support client companies.
• Client Support: Support and stimulate the growth of team members.
• Quality Standards: Ensure the quality standards of services.
• Business Development: Identify business needs, design, and implement new services.
• Legislative Updates: Receive timely updates on legislative changes and implement services to support businesses.
• Organizational Integration: Integrate organizational activities between offices and coordinate various activities with department heads.

• Compliance and Certifications: Obtain compliance and certifications.
• Consulting: Support colleagues in managing complex situations and provide consulting services to client companies.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics or related fields.
• Professional Qualifications: Abilitazione Dottore Commercialista (optional).
• Experience: Proven experience in commercial studies and/or Big4 companies in national fiscal matters.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams and lead people to achieve results.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to client relationships and problem-solving.
