Sales Business Development Representative

We are searching for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Business Development Representative who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your role in BizAway
- Full Cycle Position: You will manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature, at least for the first year.
- Research and prospect for new clients in the DACH region.
- Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
- Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).
- Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects.
- Lead negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Contract.
- Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline.
- Be an evangelist of our solution, also attending fairs and public events if necessary.
- Define Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders.
- Work with the SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
- Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.
Your basic qualifications
- You have a native level of German + a good level of English (both written and spoken).
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performer SDR.
- “No excuses” attitude: you know that your success depends on you and no one else.
- Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to raise the bar every day.
- Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes.
- Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties.
