Marketing and Communications Manager

Teads is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Manager to join our Italian team in Milan. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing and communications strategy in Italy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing communications plans to broaden our visibility in the Italian market.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Studio Italy to shape the marketing and communications strategy for Teads Italy.
  • Drive the creation of world-class marketing communications for Teads IT across our brands, advertisers, and agency clients.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives to raise Teads' profile and market our activities.
  • Work closely with the IT sales and publishing team to ensure they are fully supported with marketing collateral and content.
  • Develop and coordinate public relations campaigns and related activities to sustain a specific image for our business and cultivate media support.
  • Approve, write, and pitch press releases.
  • Manage and develop Teads' presence at third-party exhibitions, working with partners to provide a cost-effective and impactful presence.
  • Develop publicity materials for Teads' marketing efforts, including keeping up-to-date the media kit.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in communications and marketing, with a strong background in advertising and media.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing communications plans, with a focus on brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with experience in managing communications projects from start to finish.
  • Strong creative flair and ability to bring fresh ideas to positioning and marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent writing and spoken skills in Italian and English.
  • Ability to work on a diverse range of tasks at the same time under pressure and in a non-precious way.
