We're seeking an exceptional Analog Design Engineer Intern to join our Power Management Unit (PMU) team at Apple Inc.

About the Role

As an Analog Design Engineer Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on the development of best-in-class Power Management Unit Integrated Circuits used in various Apple devices. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and verifying analog/mixed signal IPs
  • Collaborating with our layout, DFT, and AMS teams during the design phase
  • Working closely with the validation team to debug and characterize the block, and with the test team to ensure production test quality and coverage
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong academic background in Electronic Engineering or a related field. Key qualifications include:

  • Enrolled in Bachelors/Masters/PhD studies in Electronic Engineering or related field
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a well-organized working style
  • Fluent English skills are required
  • Availability for at least 6 months
Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with a strong interest in analog design, particularly in voltage or current references, A2D or D2A converters, oscillators, linear voltage regulators, amplifiers, and voltage and current sensing circuits. Knowledge of Cadence environment and analog circuit simulators (Spectre, Spice) is an advantage. Strong problem-solving, communication skills (English), and a desire to learn are essential for success in this role.
