Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Gearbox Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for preparing car gearbox assemblies for testing and service.

Your tasks will include unboxing, cleaning, servicing, and preparing assemblies for shipment, ensuring that all factory procedures are followed and respected.

You will also be involved in each phase of test team projects, from parts collection to assembly and sensoring.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in automotive mechanics, ideally with experience in motorsport;
  • Proven mechanical experience with gearbox components;
  • The ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations and targets;
  • Initiative and innovation in your work;
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with the team, external suppliers, and colleagues.

In particular, fluency in Italian is required, while English is highly recommended.
