Job Summary

Amplifon Group, a leading global company in the retail hearing care industry, is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our finance division in Milan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing financial transactions, preparing cash forecasts, and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and monitor cash forecasts to ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Maintain up-to-date accounts receivable records, including credits, collections, and uncollectible amounts
  • Monitor and reconcile 'One Procurement Company' and related Intercompany transactions
  • Perform month-end activities, including reconciliations, account variation analysis, accruals, and journal entries
  • Support the General Accounting Team in performing Intercompany Reconciliation at month-end
  • Collaborate with the Tax department to analyze VAT treatments
  • Prepare periodical documentation, including Banca D'Italia and ISTAT reports

Additional Responsibilities

  • Identify and suggest improvements to administrative-financial tasks, quality of information, and automated processes
  • Support the company in standardizing and monitoring proper payment terms
  • Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Law 262/2005
  • Support internal and external audits by providing audit schedules, support, and responding to inquiries

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in financial accounting in multinational companies
  • Educational background in accounting
  • Good business English skills to interact with foreign affiliates
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion is a plus
