Italian Customer Support Specialist
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Italian Customer Support Specialists to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in your respective languages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer support in Italian and English
• Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately
Requirements:
• Prior experience in customer service is valuable but not mandatory
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• EU Citizens or Portuguese residence card holders only
