Position Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused individual to collaborate with our Marketing team in Italy.
The selected candidate will report directly to the Regional Marketing Manager - Italy and will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
- Acting as the technical authority for design studios and professional clients concerning applications related to pumping systems.
- Advocating for the benefits of the company's offerings by leveraging specific technical expertise throughout the sales process, in close collaboration with Area Managers and Sales Agencies.
- Proposing and coordinating marketing initiatives and customer loyalty programs targeting designers, while facilitating communication between the commercial department, marketing, and the technical office.
Qualifications:
- Technical education (diploma in mechanics, electronics, or mechatronics).
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication abilities and commercial awareness.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in similar positions is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel as required.
