As the SAP Implementation Lead at Lonza Group Ltd., you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of software systems across various sites. Your expertise in calibration processes and IT solutions will be instrumental in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement authorization concepts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Process Owners and external suppliers to maintain support services and licensing.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to resolve major outages and disruptions.
- Work with vendors to deliver defined KPIs for systems and services.
- Ensure delivery of capacity and capability Beamex/CMX to end-users.
- Monitor system performance and implement maintenance measures to ensure uptime.
- Establish and maintain disaster recovery plans and ensure regular testing.
- Provide technical expertise during regulatory inspections and audits.
- Experience implementing IT solutions in regulated pharmaceutical production environments.
- Proficiency in Beamex and SAP PM-CMX Interface.
- Knowledge of business processes around calibration and GxP applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
