The Role

We are seeking an Internal Logistics Specialist to join our team and support our logistics operations. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing internal logistics operations, collaborating with other departments, and implementing logistics processes to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage internal logistics operations to ensure efficient material flow and sample management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support schedules and delivery timelines.
  • Implement and maintain logistics processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support activities related to events, such as fashion shows, sell campaigns, and shootings, with the possibility to travel.
  • Be in charge of all movements related to samples received from other departments, both outbound and inbound.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of basic customs documentation and operations.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in using logistics software and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining operational efficiency and professionalism.
