Job Title: Academic Coordinator/English InstructorWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Coordinator/English Instructor to join our team at Kids&Us Language School. As an Academic Coordinator/English Instructor, you will play a key role in delivering our English language programs to children aged 1-18 years old.
Key Responsibilities:- Teaching: Prepare and deliver engaging English language lessons to children using our proprietary teaching method, which combines music, games, stories, and arts and crafts.
- Academic Coordination: Supervise academic processes, ensuring that they align with our policies and method. Support the director in teaching and administrative activities of the school.
- Student Progress Monitoring: Monitor students' progress, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Qualifications: Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher). A teaching certification or degree in a related field is an asset.
- Experience: Teaching experience is a plus, but not required. We welcome applications from individuals with a passion for working with children and a willingness to learn and grow with our organization.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
