Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to be responsible for billing and intermediation accounting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, preferably in the financial services industry, and a deep understanding of billing and acquiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the billing processes and intermediation accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors
  • Manage the process of sending E-Invoices to the SDI
  • Support the other team in charge for the preparation of the SDD mandates and collection activities
  • Reconcile intermeditiation accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide any clarification needed to finalize statutory and regulatory reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on billing and GL accounting
  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles
  • Proficient in financial software and MS Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems, SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Good written and spoken English language skills
