Renewable Energy Technician

We are seeking a skilled Renewable Energy Technician to join our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our solar farms by performing maintenance checks, troubleshooting, and repairs of project equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical/mechanical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for renewable energy, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve problems efficiently.
- Develop and implement processes to improve system performance, drive product quality, and reduce maintenance costs.
- Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in the renewable energy industry.
- Strong electrical/mechanical background with experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
- Excellent safety record with experience in Lockout Tag Out and Job Hazard Analysis.
