• Conduct research in educational technologies, including learning analytics, educational data science, and digital learning platforms.
• Develop and implement innovative educational technologies and solutions that address real-world problems in education.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including educators, researchers, and industry partners, to design and implement educational technologies.
• Contribute to the development of research proposals, reports, and publications on educational technologies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in educational technologies and apply this knowledge to inform research and development.

• Ph.D. in Educational Technology, Learning Analytics, Educational Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven research experience in educational technologies, including learning analytics and educational data science.
• Strong programming skills, including experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
