About the Position

SOS Il Telefono Azzurro Onlus is committed to defending children and adolescents from all forms of abuse and violence, promoting a culture of respect for their rights as enshrined in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Our Human Resources and Organization Unit works to obtain the maximum contribution from employees to achieve the Association's objectives. We seek the consensus of all Association components, fostering employee satisfaction, a positive social climate, and a participatory management style aimed at professional growth.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will define and follow the entire selection process, intervening in all phases of screening, interview, evaluation, selection, and contractual definition of required resources for various projects, activities, and areas of the Association. Key tasks include:

• Updating protocols with Universities
• Analysis of the Association's needs
• Definition of roles and responsibilities
• Definition of profiles and their publication
• CV screening
• Planning interviews
• Assessment
• Final selection
• Contracts in collaboration with the Labour Consultant

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A Master's Degree in Humanities aligned with the profile
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Excellent knowledge of using LinkedIn
• Knowledge of new technologies
• Excellent knowledge of English (B2-C1)
• Availability to travel
• Preferably, experience in similar activities in non-profit structures, national or international associations

The position is located in Rome and Milan.
