We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Restaurant Server to join our team at Zuma Rome. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

About the Role

As a Restaurant Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, interacting with guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages. You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure seamless service, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, using our menu and wine list
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong knowledge of wine and spirits
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
