Dana is a global leader in the supply of highly engineered driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies that improve the efficiency and performance of vehicles with both conventional and alternative-energy powertrains.
The company serves three primary markets – passenger vehicle, commercial truck, and off-highway equipment – and provides local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Finance Analyst to join our Global Sales Finance team in arco, TN. The successful candidate will support the sales team in pricing negotiations, consolidate pricing variance impact on revenues, and participate in sales budgeting and forecasting.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage price adjustment calculations and update price adjustment rules across the business unit
- Forecast pricing data collection and impact simulations at a global level
- Price tracking file analysis to obtain simulations and summaries by plant and region
- Support sales budgeting and update sales reporting tools

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a university bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, or a related field, and a minimum of experience in a related field (accounting, finance, customer service) through internship or apprenticeship. Strong willingness to learn and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint are essential. Considered as a plus: MS Power BI. Soft skills include strong coordination and organizational skills, results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, consensus-driven communicator, passion for Sales and Finance, strategic thinking, and ethics integrity.
