**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at Consea Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing engineering and maintenance activities to drive business excellence and improve overall equipment effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Manage and Organize Engineering and Maintenance Activities**: Oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence, ensure compliance with HSE and ergonomic standards, and collaborate with plant operations to improve O.E.E. and processes.
  • **Promote Safety, Quality, and Efficiency**: Drive continuous improvement of processes, quality, and cost to maintain profitability and competitiveness, and ensure the publication of maintenance results and KPIs.
  • **Lead New Process Industrialization**: Responsible for new process industrialization within the plant, including PFMEA, and ensure compliance with IATF standards.
  • **Coordinate Engineering Changes**: Coordinate all customer and internal engineering changes, and ensure that all designs comply with HSE and ergonomic requirements.
  • **Manage Staff and Resources**: Manage plan and control absenteeism, vacations, overtime, and recognition process for people within the area, and provide support for issues escalation process.
  • **Develop and Implement Capex Plan**: Coordinate with all departments of the plant to develop the annual Capex plan, and follow up on Capex approval and management.
  • **Maintain Accurate Inventories**: Work with facility, maintenance, and warehouse managers to ensure adequate and accurate inventories are maintained to support production.

**Requirements**

  • **Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Related Field**: Proven experience in maintenance management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement processes.
  • **Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Abilities**: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, strong leadership and decision-making skills.
