Gastronomy Department Assistant

L'assistente gastronomia avrà la responsabilità della cura e della gestione di tutte le attività del banco Gastronomia. Nello specifico si occuperà di:

  • allestimento del banco Gastronomia;
  • vendita diretta, servizio e assistenza al cliente;
  • porzionatura e confezionamento dei prodotti di Gastronomia e Rosticceria;
  • taglio formaggi e salumi, utilizzo di affettatrice, coltelli e bilance; pulizia e cura del banco.

Requisiti:

  • Capacità di lavorare in team;
  • Disponibilità a lavorare in orario diurno;
  • Capacità di gestire il tempo e le priorità;
  • Disponibilità a imparare e ad adattarsi a nuove situazioni.
