The Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Partner to join our team, representing the Vault Development Cloud and Quality Solutions for selected Pharma and Biotech companies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships within the accounts, winning new business, overseeing renewals, and consistently offering innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and extend relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C-level
  • Develop and implement account vision, strategy, and ways of working
  • Act as the custodian for your customers within Veeva, focusing on their needs and doing the right thing for them
  • Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
  • Keep current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challenges
Requirements
  • 5+ years combined experience across sales, account management, and consulting services
  • 3+ years of account management within the Life Science industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Enterprise Sales experience with Life Science Software Solutions
  • Strategic account planning and execution skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
