We are seeking an experienced Sales Assistant for our Kappa Outlet store in Mondovì (Mondovicino Outlet Village).

As a Sales Assistant, you will provide customer service and sales excellence, ensuring the store appearance encourages sales through maintenance of order, cleanliness, and completeness of the range. You will collaborate positively with the team, demonstrating courtesy, friendliness, and kindness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting customers in sales
  • Maintaining, managing, and handling merchandise on display
  • Replenishing stock to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability
  • Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store
  • Managing fitting rooms following company guidelines
  • Managing cashier operations

Initial placement with a fixed-term contract, with possibilities of transformation into a permanent one and opportunities for internal growth.
