About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Test Analyst to join our team at Euronext, a leading pan-European market infrastructure. As a Test Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our financial software applications and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute manual test cases to validate the functionality, usability, security, and performance of our financial software applications and platforms.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports for various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, performance, failover, and user acceptance testing.
  • Identify, report, and track defects, issues, and risks related to the quality of our software products or services.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, software developers, product managers, system managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the quality of our software products or services throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Review and validate the requirements, feasibility studies, functional specifications, and technical design documents of our software products or services.
  • Apply quality assurance best practices, standards, methodologies, and tools to ensure the quality of our software products or services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the financial market industry and the quality assurance field.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance engineer in the financial industry.
  • High school technical degree or BSc (preferred in Computing Science or related field).
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, curiosity, availability, result orientation, and strong motivation.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team thanks to excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • The knowledge of financial markets, FIX Protocol (at least 4.4, 5.0 SP2), and automated test tools is a plus.
