Your expertise in non-destructive testing and quality control will be essential in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

* Perform tests on car bodyshell components and bogies using advanced techniques such as UT Phased Array TFM, MT, VT, and PT.
* Support and coach ND technicians to improve their skills and increase capability.
* Collaborate with special process and industrialization experts to define and implement quality checks.
* Work with L3 experts to optimize control techniques and develop new test procedures.
* Conduct statistical data analysis to support quality control and problem-solving.
* Ensure zero defect programs are in place and address root cause analysis on welding defects.
* Manage NDT patent expirations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Performance Measurements:

* Maintain serial quality control and spot control in compliance with scheduled plans.
* Reduce welding defect rates within quarterly periods and meet target goals.
* Ensure 100% qualification of ND population.

Plus:

* Qualify on railways maintenance (ANSFISA guideline) on all ND methodology.
* Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
* Proficiency in Excel VBA and Macro.
