Your Key Responsibilities

You will oversee the entire construction and conversion project lifecycle, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion. Develop and implement project plans, collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors, and manage budgets to stay within specified limits. Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project. Develop a strong working relationship with stakeholders and management, ensuring open and effective communication.

Your Qualifications and Skills

You should possess a degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and have considerable experience in construction or project management. Maintain in-depth knowledge of building regulations and standards, and proficiency in project management software is advantageous. Demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as a team-oriented and solution-focused approach. Proficiency in German, Italian, and English is required.
