About the Role
At Aims International Italia S.R.L., we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and drive business growth. As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture and ensuring seamless employee relations.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Business Administration or Psychology and have previous experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner in a multinational company. They will be fluent in English and have a good knowledge of Italian labor law. Additionally, they will have proven coaching capabilities, in-house experience as a Business & Executive Coach (ICF certification or similar is a plus), relevant experience in talent acquisition and talent management, and excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
Main Responsibilities
• Lead the HR function and act as a business partner for the Managing Director and local Management Team.
• Manage all aspects of employee relations, from recruitment and hiring to training, performance evaluation, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with the overall business strategy and corporate/regional guidelines.
• Analyze and boost employee engagement, co-own survey rollouts and analysis, and lead and manage action plans and KPIs.
• Drive talent management activities to ensure robust development plans for employees and robust talent assessment and succession plans for the site.
• Maintain a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout HR Management and work with EMEA HRD to implement the Sector strategy in the local site.
Candidate Profile
• Master's degree in Business Administration or Psychology.
• Fluency in English and good knowledge of Italian labor law.
• Previous experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner in a multinational company.
• Proven coaching capabilities and in-house experience as a Business & Executive Coach (ICF certification or similar is a plus).
• Relevant experience in talent acquisition and talent management.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
