About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Analytics Expert to join our design studio, focusing on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance the overall user experience.
Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth by increasing conversion rates across various digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and social media channels. To achieve this, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to ensure seamless execution and effective measurement of campaign performance.
You will also be responsible for setting up and managing digital analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and MixPanel, to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Additionally, you will collaborate with the design team to create data visualization dashboards and develop reports that inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze user behavior and identify areas of improvement to increase conversion rates
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and measure performance
- Set up and manage digital analytics tools to track KPIs
- Create data visualization dashboards and reports to inform business decisions
- Max 2-3 years of experience in complex Analytics projects on different platforms
- Previous experience in setting up and managing digital analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, MixPanel
- Previous experience in user research, including quantitative methods (surveys, questionnaires) and qualitative methods (interviews, usability testing)
- Preferred knowledge and use of Qualtrics / Medallia / Talkwalker / Sprinklr
- Basic knowledge of tag management platforms, such as Adobe Launch, Adobe Dynamic Tag Management, and Adobe Campaign
- Currently valid certifications on Adobe Analytics Business Practitioner or Advanced Google Analytics
- Experience with user behaviour monitoring tools: heatmap, session recording, survey, etc. (e.g. Contentsquare or similar) and understanding web design basics (UX and UI)
- Proven experience in team collaboration
- Ability to relate both with Operational and C-level
