Job Title: Commis de Rang

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Commis de Rang to join our team at Belmond. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Chef de Rang in maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.
  • Ensure the mise en place is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Support the service team in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in Italian and basic level of English.
  • Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred.
  • Previous professional experience in a similar role.
