Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Italian Language Specialist to join our team as a Social Media Content Moderator. As a key member of our dynamic team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety of our online platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Review: Monitor and evaluate user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure compliance with our policies and guidelines.
  • Moderation: Identify and address inappropriate or harmful content swiftly and accurately.
  • Reporting: Document and report any trends, issues, or feedback to help improve our moderation processes and community standards.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Apply your understanding of Italian culture to make informed moderation decisions and ensure culturally relevant content management.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Italian: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian are essential.
  • English Proficiency: Good command of English to interact with international colleagues and for documentation purposes.
