About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Italy KETL team as a Legal Research Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our practice areas, including Corporate M&A, Global Financial Markets, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, and Tax, Pensions & Employment, through jurisprudential and doctrinal research activities or by playing the role of reference in the library.

As a Legal Research Assistant, you will be responsible for developing outstanding organizational skills and superb research abilities. You will have the chance to work on various projects, including training, library, data base, and research assistance, as well as collection and sharing of legislative updates and news and guidelines of sector authorities.

About You

  • You are ideally at the fourth or at the beginning of fifth year of university, with an excellent academic background and an excellent knowledge of the English language.
  • You are interested in exploring and approaching an international law firm and deepening your knowledge of the different practices of a firm, with the aim of identifying one of your interests for your future career.
  • You will be a self-starter but also a team player with strong communication, analytical, and drafting skills, able to managing different work-streams.
