Cloud System Engineer

The Cloud System Engineer will join the System & Platform Engineering team at Docebo, a leading provider of learning experience platforms. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Docebo's cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
Key Responsibilities:- Improve the security posture of Docebo's cloud infrastructure by implementing best practices and industry standards.
- Maintain and optimize the cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.
- Design and implement automation tools to streamline infrastructure management and deployment.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration with cloud services and applications.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize infrastructure efficiency.
- Perform debugging and troubleshooting activities to resolve infrastructure-related issues.
- Contribute to the development of internal automation and services to enhance infrastructure management.
- Proven experience with cloud infrastructure management, including Amazon AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
- Intermediate experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code.
- Strong experience with Docker, Linux, and containerization.
- Strong expertise in cloud services, including load balancing, storage, and networking.
- Proven experience with monitoring tools, such as Datadog and Dynatrace.
- Strong experience with Git and GitLab ecosystem, including automation and continuous integration.
- A DevOps mindset with a strong drive to improve infrastructure efficiency and scalability.
- Strong attention to detail and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- CKAD/CKA certification or equivalent experience.
- AWS certifications or equivalent experience.
