Job Description

CGM Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to join our team in Milano. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and deploying E2E architectures across our departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for the deployment of the Sky Architecture
  • Drive a business capability, complexity, cost, risk, and maturity assessment of the current state architecture to meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain realizable capability-based roadmaps for the year horizon
  • Support the selection of IT vendors, suppliers, and partners and manage the practice of architecture through these parties
  • Promote, evangelize, and agree the E2E architecture strategy across all teams and ensure there is consensus and understanding across the business
  • Collaborate and specify the Sky vision, goals, opportunities, and related activities and maximize the business benefits of Enterprise Architecture initiatives covering all lines of business and all key customer journeys
  • Ensure Sky remains compliant to Legal, Regulatory, Privacy, and Security requirements
  • Responsible within E2E domain for consistency to enterprise level standards, best practice, and development of patterns/policies for re-use
  • Ensure architecture deliverables are fit for purpose and provide an effective and timely tool to guide downstream decisions
  • Maintain an up-to-date enterprise continuum and actively contribute in building architecture artifacts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication with at least 5 years of applicable experience in Enterprise Architecture definition and deployment in a large-scale Telco company
  • Experience of producing business cases, gaining approval from senior stakeholders, and ensuring delivery of business benefits
  • Experience of developing long-term roadmaps linked to business outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills, must be able to interact with and influence people at all levels
  • Experience of Enterprise Architecture Frameworks including TOGAF, and their relevance to the practice of Enterprise Architecture. TOGAF certification not essential but preferred
  • Highly proficient in written and spoken English
