About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Controller to join our team at TN Italy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of economic and financial performance in relation to your reference Line of Business.

You will play an active business partner role in support of decision-making processes, providing timely and accurate financial data to inform strategic decisions.

  1. Your Key Responsibilities:
  2. Monitor economic-financial progress of orders, ensuring accurate tracking of costs incurred during execution of works in relation to planned amounts;
  3. Support the preparation of reports on progress of works, including ad-hoc analyses highlighting any deviations from costs and planned times;
  4. Verify the implementation of revisions to the economic estimate, ensuring consistency between various components of the program and guaranteeing the integrity of the results;
  5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring a clear view of economic and financial results and guaranteeing the quality of the reporting;
  6. Support the Project Manager and all IPT in creating accurate forecasts on program performance, continuously supporting the team in assessing the impacts of business/operational choices and identifying recovery actions;
  7. Participate in the implementation of a monitoring and tracking system for recovery actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in economics and finance or management engineering;
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).

  • Previous experience in industrial and international companies.
