About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Digital Products Visionary to lead our Digital Products team at Euronext. As the Head of Digital Products and Innovation, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our digital products and services, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Manage a team of Proxy Product Owners, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of digital products and services.
  2. Digital Framework Vision: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital framework that aligns with our business objectives, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems and processes.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with our Digital Department Change Team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to deliver exceptional user experiences and client support services.
  4. Delivery Roadmap: Secure the delivery roadmap on a yearly basis, working closely with our Digital department Product Manager office and Digital Department Delivery team to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  5. Senior Proxy Product Owner: Act as a senior Proxy Product Owner, managing the backlog and ensuring the delivery of critical projects that drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements
  1. Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a managing role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in leading teams and driving business outcomes.
  2. Product Ownership: Previous experience as a Product Owner, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in defining and delivering digital products and services.
  3. IT Project Lifecycle: Experience working on the full IT project lifecycle, from conception to delivery.
  4. Education: Higher education in a relevant field, preferably in a STEM area.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Language Skills: Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  7. Passion for Technology: A passion for technology product development and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and innovations.
Desirable Skills
  1. Technology Business Analyst: Previous experience as a Technology Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of business analysis and requirements gathering.
  2. Web and Digital Technologies: Exposure to web and digital technologies applied in Fintech, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and innovations.
  3. Language Skills: French language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in this language.
