As a General Manager, you will be responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring that it meets McDonald's high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You will work closely with your leader to set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them. To meet these goals, you will lead a team of Department Managers who have specific responsibilities in the restaurant. This includes helping them set their own goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their departments. You may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure that the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future. Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations, preferably in quick-service restaurants or hospitality. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
