Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lean Engineer to join our Operations Team in Colognola ai Colli, Verona, Italy. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in implementing lean manufacturing principles to enhance our production processes. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying areas for improvement, investigating and driving initiatives, and collaborating with local stakeholders to achieve our lean program goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze areas within the production process that can benefit from lean manufacturing principles
  • Investigate and drive initiatives to implement best-practices and improve production efficiency
  • Collaborate with local stakeholders to upgrade existing standard operating processes and production methods
  • Ensure the implementation of agreed targets and roadmaps according to our Lean program
  • Stay up-to-date with key developments in Lean and contribute to building a culture of engagement across the organization
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or enrollment in the final year of a university program in Industrial Engineering
  • Proficiency in both Italian and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong technical skills and ability to work on projects involving mechanical, electrical, and automation
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
