Job Description Summary

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Finance Analyst to join our Turnaround & Special Situations Finance Area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing business plans, evaluating industrial structures, and defining financial structures to support business execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business plans and evaluate industrial structures to identify opportunities for financial restructuring
  • Develop and implement financial models to support investment decisions
  • Collaborate with the team to define the structure of illimity's intervention and execute operations in all phases
  • Monitor and manage investments up to exit, and conduct due diligence and pricing of potential investments

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, investment banking, or financial consultancy
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Fluent English and knowledge of financial mathematics, business planning, and valuation
  • Preferable knowledge of legal concepts and restructuring processes

About the Role

The Corporate Banking Division at illimity provides credit to companies with high potential but complex financial situations, as well as factoring activities. As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' financial restructuring needs.
