Retail Operations Supervisor

The selected candidate will work closely with the corporate culture and alongside the Store Manager, playing a pivotal role in the oversight of the retail outlet and its personnel. By promoting the company's core principles and values, they will strive to maintain and ensure an engaging and stimulating customer experience, supported by a motivated and sales-oriented team.

We are eager to connect with candidates who demonstrate enthusiasm and initiative, possessing proven experience in the retail industry, particularly in leadership roles, along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as they will hold full responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager.

As a Retail Operations Supervisor, your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving and ensuring personal and store sales targets;
  • Maintaining a high standard of service in alignment with corporate strategies;
  • Supporting, encouraging, and motivating the team towards sales objectives, optimizing both individual and overall store performance;
  • Effectively managing customer complaints and issues to safeguard customer satisfaction;
  • Collaborating with the Store Manager on all stock and inventory-related activities;
  • Overseeing visual merchandising activities to ensure the store's appearance aligns with corporate directives;
  • Ensuring, in partnership with the Store Manager, that all store activities and procedures comply with corporate guidelines.

Required qualifications:

  • High school diploma or degree;
  • Previous experience in leadership and team coordination roles;
  • Strong sales orientation and goal achievement focus;
  • Experience in organizing promotional events aimed at enhancing customer service;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Proficient in English;
  • Strong knowledge of essential computer tools.

Compensation and benefits will be commensurate with experience.
