Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified HSE Technician to oversee health and safety measures during the assembly operations at wind energy sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor compliance with safety protocols throughout various assembly phases.
  • Ensure adherence to the Client's Health and Safety Plan and Procedures.
  • Gather and verify essential safety documentation for all personnel involved in the assembly process.
  • Coordinate with the local operational team to align with the defined work schedule.
  • Have the authority to halt operations if any serious or imminent risks to worker health are identified.
  • Document activities in accordance with the client's management system requirements.
  • Engage in the investigation of incidents involving both internal staff and client-hired personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Educational background in Health and Safety.
  • Demonstrated experience as an EHS Advisor.
  • Experience in project environments such as wind farms, construction, or civil engineering.
  • Proficient in managing HSE Plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to supervise HSE aspects and review subcontractor documentation and permits.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience with Wind Farm projects or similar scopes (GWO certification preferred).

Employment Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • Contract type: Freelance.
  • Project duration: 4 months or longer.
  • Shift: Night.
