Join Our Team as a Wholesale Business Controller

At PVH Corp., we're committed to driving fashion forward for good. As a Wholesale Business Controller, you'll play a critical role in supporting our commercial finance team across the region, combining financial and market data to create better insights into business performance and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run the forecasting and budget process, consolidating local market figures to provide a Wholesale overview for the Hub.
  • Identify ways to streamline wholesale financial reporting and make the preparation of such reports more efficient.
  • Partner with Wholesale Operations to manage, forecast, and reach sales targets, identifying potential risks and opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Support financial and operational projects within the business, being the key finance stakeholder on various wholesale projects across the Hub.
  • Partner with Wholesale team members to manage key partners across the Hub, providing accurate data.
  • Monitor sales campaigns and analyze trends and KPIs by countries/channels.
  • Support the Wholesale Team on blueprint distribution, segmentation, brand elevation, tiering approach, cbtt, dilution, and cancellation.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the Hub to understand their financial reporting needs.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in business administration, finance, or economics.
  • 3 years of previous experience as a Controller or Business Analyst in a structured and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
  • SAP FMS and SAP Analysis experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to details.
  • Positive and proactive attitude, inquisitive, and willing to learn.
  • Honest, trustworthy, team player, and able to positively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
