About the Role

SEAS srl is seeking a highly skilled Duty Maintenance Coordinator to join their Engineering department in Italy. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the Maintenance Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify technical documentation for maintenance activities and notify errors or defects.
  • Support the Maintenance Manager in checking and issuing technical documentation.
  • Assist in the definition and analysis of rectification of defects found during maintenance.
  • Support the Maintenance Manager in planning maintenance, considering Human Factors, personnel availability, and environmental issues.
  • Check and issue Customer Work Orders and Work Reports.
  • Issue Work Orders for works commissioned to other maintenance companies.
  • Procure equipment, products, and spare parts necessary for maintenance activities.
  • Ensure the collection, verification, and filing of documentation.
  • Implement and update the hangar visit plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in aviation engineering.
  • Proficient in English language (both written and spoken).
  • Willing to work rotating shifts (day/night shifts, bank holiday).
