HR Business Partner

Our European HR team is recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join the team in Agrate, Italy. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing support to leaders with their challenges, team engagement, Workday processes and onboarding/offboarding. You will serve as the first point of contact for managers and maintain and archive records of employees, deal with ad-hoc administrative activities, assist with office management. You will write employment contracts and certificates, assist with recruiting, own the HR onboarding process, and drive wellbeing initiatives with HR and leaders. You will also contribute to Corporate HR projects, lead HR projects within your scope of responsibility, coordinate training sessions, and maintain dashboards for Talent Review. You will manage training offerings and enroll employees in courses, ensure compliance, and assist managers with legal questions. You will serve as the point of contact with benefits vendor, and contribute to C&B projects. You will work with safety department, Finance, HR and managers on risk assessments, and facilities management. You will assist with invitation letters, social security certificates, and form completion. You will create reports, work closely with Finance, and verify payroll. You will also support Managers in promoting I&D in the regions. The role requires frequent travel to a second site located in Gorizia.
