**Job Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales and Operations Assistant. The successful candidate will provide support to our Key Account Managers in the preparation and execution of sales events on our website. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and processing sales data in Excel
- Managing sales operations, including product insertion and contract management
- Monitoring and analyzing sales data to inform commercial strategies
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in a similar industry
- Degree in Informatics or related field (preferably a Bachelor's degree)
- Excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis
- Fluent English language skills (preferably with French language skills)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
