About the Role:

We seek a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our supply chain management team, you will be responsible for driving planning and production optimization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement production plans aligned with customer needs.
2. Production Efficiency: Schedule and manage production orders to ensure timely release and maintain optimal efficiency.
3. Resource Management: Oversee raw materials and semi-finished products, ensuring a seamless supply chain.
4. System Expertise: Utilize SAP to register production orders and manage graphical tables, ensuring accuracy and precision.
5. Operational Analytics: Conduct OOH analysis and weekly statistics to provide valuable insights for continuous improvement.
6. Customer-Centric Approach: Manage the customer database and collaborate with related departments to foster strong relationships.
7. Packaging Excellence: Oversee the packaging system to ensure alignment with company standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications:

1. Education & Experience: Advanced Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of preferred professional experience.
2. Language Proficiency: Business-level English proficiency for effective communication in our global environment.
3. Technical Aptitude: Systems agility in SAP and MS-Office for efficient data management.
4. Analytical Thinking: Drive strategic planning and resource optimization with an analytical mindset.
5. Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate intercultural competence, strong team spirit, and relationship-building abilities.
