Controller Expert in Automation Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Controller to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic support in financial planning and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and controlling financial activities in manufacturing or engineering companies. Your expertise will be essential in modernizing and maintaining existing projects reports, supporting the continuous development and optimization of controlling, and preparing monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.

• Modernize and maintain existing project reports;
• Support the continuous development and optimization of controlling;
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS;
• Provide strategic support in financial planning and analysis;
• Develop and implement forecasts for the location and monthly reporting;
• Participate in monthly performance reviews;
• Support CFO during financial audits by external auditors;

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and controlling, preferably in manufacturing or automation companies;
• Experience in an international company, preferably stock-listed European companies;
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Italian tax regulations;
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, preferably experience with IFRS 15 (revenue recognition) and IFRS 16 (leasing);
• IT affinity and good knowledge of best practice tools;
• Leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and results-oriented mindset;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;
• Proficiency in English;

We offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and skills, including a salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
