Databricks Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Databricks Expert to join our Data Intelligence Service Line. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting customers in Big Data projects, working closely with business analysts and solution architects to understand use cases, data needs, and outcome objectives.

• Deliver data acquisition, transformations, and improvement, cleansing, conversion, compression, and loading of data into data lakes for analytics and machine learning models.
• Work in a cloud-native environment, finding innovative solutions to everyday issues.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Data Engineering teams to bridge the gap between these two worlds.

• 5+ years of experience in a cloud-native environment, preferably in one of the major public clouds (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Experience with Big Data Architectures, cloud, and on-premise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Azure infrastructure and networking.
• Experience in building and delivering proofs-of-concept using data sources and technologies.
• Monitoring distributed infrastructure using Azure tools or open-source ones.

• Experience with Agile Methodology and Kanban.
• Big Data certifications, such as Cloudera, Databricks, etc.
• Experience with non-Azure ETL/ELT solutions and Data Visualization tools.
