We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team as an FP&A Intern. As a key player in this team, you will be responsible for leading the Group's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze Euronext's financial performance and collaborate with division heads to achieve strategic growth targets.
- Review actual organizational performance against budgets, identify differences, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support the financial team in the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision making.
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis and projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Coordinate the financial analysis needs of the company, ensuring seamless communication across departments.
Your Profile
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with a strong foundation in financial analysis and planning.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and productively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address financial discrepancies.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Persuasive and able to influence stakeholders at all levels, with a strong understanding of business operations.
- Proficient in MS tools, including Excel, Access, and SharePoint, with experience in VBA programming a plus.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages a plus.
