Key Responsibilities- Deliver High-Quality IT Support: Provide consistently high levels of IT support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Deploy and Manage IT Devices: Effectively manage and deploy a diverse array of IT devices and technologies across various site types, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot Complex Issues: Dive deeply into technical details, diagnose, and reproduce straightforward issues with Amazon technology products, such as services, tools, and data solutions.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Regularly interact with Amazon Operations teams, identifying process improvement or standardization opportunities for the European network.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field, with strong academic credentials.
