About the Role
Hitachi Rail is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Digital Business Analyst to join our Digital & Lumada Solutions (D&LS) Line of Business. As a key member of the Digital Strategy and Growth team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of digital solutions that drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the identification and analysis of digital customer needs, including market and competitor analysis to improve current business areas.
- Develop the value proposition of new technologies as part of Hitachi Rail's business and the Hitachi Group.
- Elaborate business cases and business plans for D&LS.
- Support the D&LS unit in the elaboration of materials and promotion of the Lumada Intelligent Mobility Management Suite Portfolio.
- Elaborate cost-benefit analysis to support D&LS sales force in convincing customers to implement D&LS portfolio.
- Collaborate with the strategic business growth of Hitachi Rail led by Lumada.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the complexity of placing different technical competencies to build a single project.
- Ability to analyze and propose the value proposition of a new product, system, or solution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with people from different backgrounds.
- Fluent knowledge of English (written & spoken).
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business School).
- 3-5 years of working experience.
