Key Responsibilities

Location Development and Optimization
Establish and lead the location, collaborating with central departments to oversee day-to-day operations on-site.
Process Optimization
Implement existing standards and processes while contributing your own ideas to improve efficiency.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

Team Leadership
Motivate and lead the on-site team, including onboarding, task planning, and quality control.
Collaboration
Maintain constant communication with international teams to ensure ongoing improvements.

Customer Consultation and Fleet Management

Customer Consultation
Advise customers on products and services, ensuring a positive experience.
Fleet Management
Oversee the local vehicle fleet for rental and sales, including documentation, maintenance, and coordination with service partners.

Requirements

Qualifications
Successfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification.
Experience
At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in areas such as car rental, tourism, or similar - career changers are welcome.
Skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a friendly and open demeanor.
